At a conference last year, I mentioned to some attorneys that my wife and I really enjoy the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo areas. They asked me if I would be willing to perform evaluations there as there were limited options for QMEs. They explained that it’s very difficult for injured workers to travel far distances to and from their evaluations. Therefore, I decided it would be better for me to travel to them and make a fun weekend out of it with my wife!
